About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understan d role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
