Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate React JS Developer to build and enhance our enterprise ERP platform. The ideal candidate should have experience developing scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications while working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers to deliver robust ERP modules.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build reusable and scalable UI components for ERP modules such as Project Management, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HRMS, CRM, Payroll, Asset Management, and Store Management.
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive, intuitive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate with backend teams for seamless communication with ERP services.
- Optimize application performance to efficiently handle large datasets, reports, dashboards, and business transactions.
- Implement state management using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar libraries.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and continuously improve the user experience.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and documentation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in React JS development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- Strong understanding of REST API integration.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.
- Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development.
- Ability to write clean, optimized, and maintainable code.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on ERP, Enterprise Applications, SaaS, CRM, or Business Management Software.
- Understanding of ERP business processes such as Procurement, Inventory, Finance, HRMS, Payroll, CRM, or Project Management.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, PHP Laravel, or .NET APIs is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Knowledge of data visualization libraries and dashboard development.
- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), enterprise security practices, and performance optimization.
