We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle customer interactions. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage calls, visitors, and office coordination efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails/couriers
- Support administrative and office tasks
- Maintain office cleanliness and coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries politely
- Coordinate with different departments when required
Requirements
- Any Degree
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
