Job Title: US Travel Sales Consultant

Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US travel sales.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, fare quotations, itinerary planning, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide the best airline fare options based on customer requirements.
- Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate booking records and follow company processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Travel Sales.
- Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, routing, and fare rules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
