Job Description:
As a Junior Line Producer, you will be the bridge between the creative vision and the logistical reality. You’ll support the Senior Line Producer and Production Manager in keeping our sets running smoothly, our budgets in check, and our crews happy. If you are a logistics wizard who thrives in the "organized chaos" of production, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Finance
- Assist in drafting production budgets and tracking daily "actuals" to ensure we stay in the black.
- Manage petty cash, per diems, and process invoices/purchase orders.
- Help negotiate rates with vendors and equipment rental houses.
- Working with Finance Team to map accurate budgets and actuals
- Procurement and Management of Vendors
Logistics & Scheduling
- Draft and distribute call sheets, production reports, and shooting schedules.
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and transport for talent and crew.
- Secure filming permits and ensure all locations are "camera-ready."
Crew & Talent Management
- Assist in scouting and hiring below-the-line crew (Assistant Cameraman, Hair and Makeup, etc.)
- Act as the primary point of contact for crew queries regarding payroll and scheduling.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive working environment on every set.
- Manage petty cash, per diems, and process invoices/purchase orders.

- Procurement and Management of Vendors
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in production (PA, PC, or AP experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and industry software (Celtx, Movie Magic, or similar).
- The ability to find a solution when a location falls through 12 hours before a shoot.
- Clear, professional, and empathetic communication—even under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for on-location shoots.
