Stewards- Hotel
We are looking for hotel steward is a dual-role hospitality professional guest services. They ensure all dining and culinary areas run efficiently, maintain rigorous hygiene standards, and assist with direct guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Guest & F&B Service: Welcoming guests, escorting them to tables, taking food/drink orders, and resetting tables after departure.
- Stock & Inventory: Managing and restocking serving stations with napkins, trays, and condiments . Unloading kitchen stock and minimizing breakage or spoilage of operational equipment.
- Departmental Liaison: Communicating effectively between culinary, stewarding, and housekeeping staff to execute daily shifts or banquet events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma/degree in hospitality or craft courses is preferred.
- Experience: Prior work experience as a server, bartender, or food and beverage trainee.
- Physical Stamina: High physical endurance to lift/move heavy objects and spend extended hours standing or walking.
- Soft Skills: Friendly, courteous nature with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
