Job Description
A reputed hospital in Kadi is looking for dedicated and responsible Staff Nurses to join its healthcare team.
The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge, patient-care skills and the ability to work effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients' health and report any changes to the concerned doctor.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations and medical procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient information.
- Maintain accurate patient and clinical documentation.
- Assist with emergency and routine patient care.
- Ensure proper hygiene and infection-control practices.
- Support patients and their families with appropriate care and communication.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Follow hospital protocols, safety standards and clinical procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional patient-care environment.
Eligibility
- BHMS / BAMS from a recognised institution.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with relevant hospital experience are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and clinical procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and handle patients professionally.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Salary
Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will depend on qualification, relevant experience and clinical skills.
