We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented person to manage the day-to-day backend operations of our jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update our Shopify website, including uploading new products and maintaining product details.
- Take product photos/videos and create AI-generated product images.
- Manage orders, packaging and dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners and track deliveries, returns and RTOs.
- Maintain accurate inventory, product and business records on Excel/Google Sheets.
- Keep our databases and backend information organised and up to date.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the team to resolve them.
- Assist with other day-to-day backend requirements of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Good computer and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable learning Shopify and AI tools.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Someone who is hands-on, responsible and takes ownership of their work.
- Previous e-commerce or operations experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
