About the Role
We're looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed intern who understands internet culture and knows what makes people stop scrolling. If you're always saving Reels, spotting trends before everyone else, and can turn ideas into engaging content, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Create fun, engaging, and relatable content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Write creative scripts for Reels and short-form videos.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media.
- Brainstorm and execute Gen Z-friendly content ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, and viral formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that attracts, engages, and converts audiences.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars and campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and current digital trends.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar).
- Good scriptwriting and creative thinking skills.
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to pitch new ideas.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must own an iPhone (preferred) or a smartphone capable of shooting high-quality videos.
- Should have access to basic content creation equipment such as a tripod, microphone, gimbal, or lighting setup.
- Comfortable shooting videos independently and working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Available to work from our Shivaji Nagar, Pune office for the full 6-month internship.
Bonus Points If You
- Have created content for your own social media or managed a brand page.
- Are comfortable appearing in videos as well as shooting behind the camera.
- Have experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Can identify trends early and quickly adapt them for brand content.
