We are looking for a confident presentable Store Manager with 2-3 yrs of experience in retail/ store Management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day store operation and staff
2. Handle customer and ensure excellent customer services.
3. Manage sales, stock/ inventory and store visual merchandising.
4. Achieve store sales target and improve overall performance.
5. Maintain store presentation, discipline and brand standards.
6. Coordinate with HO and prepare daily/ weekly report
7. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionals.
Requiements
12th pass and Graduate (Any Stream)
2-3 yrs of relevant retail/ store management experience
Excellent communicate & interpersonal skills
Strong communication, leadership and customer-handling skills
Good Knowledge of sales, inventory and team handling
Strong leadership & customer handling skills
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to gurgaon perfered
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
