- Qualification : minimum Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the organization's branding and marketing goals.
- Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content for all company’s social media platforms
- Conceptualize and design engaging visual content, including social media creatives, promotional materials, presentations, banners, flyers, posters, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all communication channels.
- Plan and manage content calendars, marketing campaigns, and creative projects from concept to execution.
- Coordinate during in-house video shoots with artist/influencers and videographers.
- Design and edit multimedia content, including images, videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
- Review, proofread, and approve all creative assets before publication or release.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement metrics to optimize future content and creative strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, printers, and agencies when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
