About the Role
Enatti Interior Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Factory & Production Manager to oversee our factory operations, production planning, quality control, manpower management, and timely execution of interior manufacturing projects.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the interior fit-out, modular furniture, joinery, or woodworking industry and possess strong leadership and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day factory and production operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Procurement, QS, and Installation teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time completion of manufacturing activities.
- Supervise factory staff, including carpenters, machine operators, polishers, painters, and helpers.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Maintain production quality standards and minimize rework and material wastage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely availability of materials.
- Ensure all products are manufactured according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Oversee machine maintenance and ensure smooth factory operations.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Implement and enforce workplace safety standards and factory discipline.
- Continuously improve production efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production, Wood Technology, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or production management within the interior, furniture, modular kitchen, joinery, or manufacturing industry.
