Conceps is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can handle and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities across SEO, Meta Ads, social media, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation.
This role is for someone who can manage projects, work closely with internal teams, understand client objectives, and take ownership of digital marketing performance.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for multiple brands
- Manage and execute SEO projects, including on-page, technical, off-page, local SEO, keyword research, and content strategy
- Plan, execute, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns based on business and conversion goals
- Manage social media activities, including content calendars, campaigns, publishing, and performance
- Coordinate with content, creative, SEO, and performance marketing teams
- Monitor digital marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
- Track key metrics across SEO, Meta Ads, and Social Media
- Plan and execute WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
- Manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns, customer communication, and promotional flows
- Develop and manage WhatsApp automation for lead generation, follow-ups, customer engagement, and notifications
- Work with automation tools and platforms to improve lead nurturing and customer journeys
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and digital opportunities
- Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations
- Communicate campaign progress and results with clients
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Take ownership of overall digital marketing performance and execution
What Sets You Apart
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO
- Good experience with Meta Ads and Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and customer funnels
- Experience with WhatsApp Marketing and automation
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and automated communication flows
- Strong understanding of SEO metrics, Meta Ads metrics, and social media analytics
- Ability to develop strategies and execute them independently
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and teams
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
Good to Have
- Experience working in a marketing agency
- Experience handling multiple brands
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Experience with CRM and lead management
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools
