Creators' Dream is looking for a driven and versatile 360° Digital Marketer to take ownership of our digital presence from top of funnel to conversion. This is not a siloed role, you will think strategy, execute campaigns, read data, and optimise relentlessly. Whether you're a fresher with a sharp instinct for digital or an experienced marketer ready to own results, we want to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Build and manage the overall content and campaign calendar across channels
- Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets, monitor spends, and ensure strong ROAS across all paid channels
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve performance
SEO & Organic Growth
- Own on-page and off-page SEO keyword research, meta optimisation, link building, and content strategy
- Manage Google Search Console, track rankings, and resolve technical SEO issues
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce SEO-optimised material
Email & CRM Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and automated nurture flows
- Manage CRM workflows and audience segmentation to drive engagement and retention
- Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversion metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and monitor dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Meta Insights, and other tracking tools
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for the team
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present key findings to stakeholders
Social & Content Support
- Coordinate with the social media team to align paid and organic efforts
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Identify new digital channels, formats, or growth opportunities and test them proactively
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and web analytics
- Hands-on experience (or strong theoretical knowledge for freshers) with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Semrush / Ahrefs, Mailchimp / Klaviyo, or similar
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading dashboards, interpreting metrics, and making decisions based on numbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present insights clearly
- Self-starter attitude, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
