Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Gurugram (Udyog Vihar Phase 3)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be capable of handling the company's financial operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, and ROC compliances.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and fund management.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and recommend cost-control measures.
- Support management in financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or e-commerce companies.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
