The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with application configuration, deployment, and performance tuning.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.
