Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer & Drafting Specialist to join our growing team. The candidate should have strong expertise in SketchUp and a good understanding of interior and architectural detailing.
The role involves creating high-quality 3D visualizations, preparing working drawings, and coordinating with the design and execution teams for residential and commercial projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp is mandatory
- Experience in 3D visualization and drafting
- Good knowledge of interior detailing and space planning
- Ability to prepare:
- Working drawings
- Furniture details
- Ceiling layouts
- Electrical layouts
- Interior presentation drawings
- Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of materials and site execution
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D interior visualizations
- Prepare detailed drawings for execution
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and site teams
- Modify drawings and models based on client/design feedback
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions and detailing
Preferred
- Experience in residential luxury interiors
- Strong aesthetic sense and presentation skills
- Candidates from Kerala preferred
Salary: Based on experience and skill level
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
