What is in it for you?
As a Product Owner - Healthcare Data, Analytics and Interoperability, you will be responsible for defining and delivering healthcare data, analytics, interoperability, and quality measurement solutions across payer and provider markets. You will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, SMEs, architects, and engineering teams to translate healthcare regulatory and business requirements into scalable products and technology solutions.
Responsibilities: -
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and backlog for healthcare data, analytics, quality measurement, and interoperability solutions.
- Translate healthcare regulatory and business requirements including HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, dQM, MIPS, Medicaid, Medicare, and Value-Based Care programs into product capabilities and user stories.
- Lead requirement elicitation, stakeholder workshops, backlog prioritization, release planning, and Agile product delivery.
- Define healthcare data exchange and interoperability requirements leveraging FHIR, HL7, QRDA, APIs, EHR, and claims data frameworks.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to design scalable data models, analytics solutions, interoperability workflows, and quality measurement capabilities.
- Leverage AI and GenAI tools for requirements discovery, smart documentation, prototyping, business analysis, and productivity acceleration.
- Collaborate with clients, SMEs, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive adoption, solution alignment, and business outcomes.

Educational Qualifications: -
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/BSc/MSc or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines.
- Relevant Product Management, Agile, Interoperability, or Healthcare certifications are desirable.
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, HL7/FHIR, or equivalent industry certifications
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare programs including HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, dQM, MIPS, Medicaid, Medicare, and Value-Based Care
- Experience in product ownership, business analysis, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, backlog prioritization, and Agile product delivery
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and interoperability including FHIR, HL7, QRDA, APIs, EHR, and claims data
- Experience in translating business and regulatory requirements into data models, analytics, reporting, and quality measurement solutions
- Hands-on experience in leveraging AI/GenAI tools for requirements discovery, documentation, prototyping, analysis, and automation
- Experience in using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and user story management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have Skills: -
- Knowledge of CQL, NCQA Digital Quality Measures (dQM), USCDI, TEFCA, and CMS Interoperability initiatives
- Experience in using Cloud-based healthcare data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
