Job Title: Interior Designer – Retail & Commercial Projects

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to manage Retail and Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and execution teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts for retail stores, showrooms, offices, and commercial spaces.
- Prepare space planning layouts, concept presentations, mood boards, and material selections.
- Create detailed working drawings, shop drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Vendors, and Contractors during project execution.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
- Review and approve material samples, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Resolve design-related issues arising during project execution.
- Stay updated on retail design trends, commercial space planning, and innovative materials.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D, 3D Max, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of retail fit-out and commercial interior detailing.
- Experience in preparing detailed working and shop drawings.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Retail Stores, Showrooms, Malls, Corporate Offices, and Fit-Out Projects.
- Knowledge of site execution, vendor management, and project coordination.
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
