Job Title: Blade Line Foreman

Reports To: Production Manager
Job Summary:
The Blade Line Foreman is responsible for supervising blade line production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. The role includes managing operators, machine setup, die setting, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining discipline on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily blade line production operations.
- Ensure production targets are met as per the production plan.
- Set up and align dies and machines before production.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and guide machine operators and helpers.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality departments to resolve production issues.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Reduce machine downtime and improve productivity.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
