Job Description
Shaanthi School looking for experienced and result-oriented NEET & JEE Training Experts to deliver high-quality coaching for competitive examinations. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, well-versed in the latest exam patterns, and capable of guiding students towards academic excellence.
Responsibilities
- Teach Physics / Chemistry for NEET & JEE aspirants.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-oriented lessons aligned with the latest syllabus.
- Prepare study materials, worksheets, and question banks.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student performance and provide academic guidance and motivation.
- Support students in exam strategies, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with the academic team to maintain teaching quality and results.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Postgraduate / Graduate in the relevant subject.
- Proven experience in NEET / JEE coaching (preferred).
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle classroom and online teaching effectively.
- Passion for mentoring and student success.
Experience
- Minimum 1–5 years of teaching experience in competitive exam coaching (preferred).
- Freshers with exceptional subject expertise may also apply.
