Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) professional to manage and follow up on outstanding receivables. The role involves working closely with US-based clients to ensure timely collections, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable activities including billing follow-ups and collections
Analyze outstanding receivables and take appropriate action for timely resolution
Communicate with US-based clients via calls and emails to resolve payment-related issues
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and payment delays
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all follow-up activities
Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in night shifts
Basic knowledge of AR processes
