As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline processes and automating the creation and configuration of environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient platform operations, while maintaining a focus on reliability and scalability within cloud infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of cloud environment setups ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.

- Experience in designing and deploying cloud infrastructure environments with automation tools.
- Strong understanding of environment configuration management and deployment pipelines.
