Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Security
- Operate on a dedicated, isolated infrastructure (separate email, phone, WhatsApp number)
- Manage data access boundaries — only specific Google Sheets, folders, and APIs as authorized
- Ensure no sensitive financial, banking, or supplier data is exposed to AI systems
- Maintain daily backup of agent configurations, memory, and skill files
2. Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide a daily written update (via WhatsApp or Google Sheet) on agent activity, errors, and actions taken
- Attend a weekly 30-minute review meeting with the owner to discuss automation performance and priorities
- Document all configurations, access credentials, and processes in a shared knowledge base
- Flag any AI agent behavior that seems incorrect, risky, or unexpected — before it causes problems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have

- Prior experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or any automation platform
- Familiarity with Docker containers and basic server administration
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or chatbot platforms
- Understanding of AI/LLM concepts (prompts, tokens, API calls)
- Any exposure to Python scripting
- Knowledge of the building materials or manufacturing industry

What This Role Is NOT
To set expectations clearly:
- This is NOT a traditional IT support role — you will not be fixing printers or managing office WiFi
- This is NOT a software development role — you are configuring and managing AI tools, not building software from scratch
- This is NOT a data entry role — the AI agent does the repetitive work; you manage the AI
- You will NOT have access to company bank accounts, full financial data, or sensitive
supplier agreements
- You will NOT make business decisions — you implement the automation strategy set by the owner
