Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Career Success Manager to help grow the Vryfide platform by onboarding candidates and employers, driving subscription sales, and building long-term professional relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Onboarding & Career Guidance
Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
Help candidates understand career solutions and platform benefits
Promote subscription-based career services and AI-powered tools
Assist candidates in improving their job opportunities and career growth
Employer Onboarding & Marketplace Growth
Onboard employers and recruiters onto the Vryfide marketplace
Build relationships with HR professionals and hiring companies
Encourage active job postings and platform engagement
Support marketplace expansion and employer success initiatives
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through calls, meetings, and digital outreach
Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
Maintain strong follow-up and conversion strategies
Provide excellent client and candidate support throughout the process
Course & Career Solution Promotion
Promote professional upskilling and career development programs
Help candidates choose suitable courses based on career goals
Key Requirements
1–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, EdTech, HRTech, or Customer Success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic understanding of recruitment and career guidance is preferred
Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
