is looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Pune.
Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Experience: 4–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage a team of 20–30 pre-sales executives
- Drive lead generation & appointment booking targets
- Monitor team performance & improve conversion ratios
- Conduct training on sales pitch & objection handling
- Ensure strong customer engagement & call quality
- Maintain reports & provide actionable insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in BPO / Call Centre team handling
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Target-driven mindset with excellent team management
- Hands-on experience with CRM & call tracking tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
