Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to carry out carpentry, installation, repair, and maintenance work at our real estate project sites and properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work for doors, windows, cupboards, cabinets, shelves, and other wooden structures.
- Measure, cut, shape, and install wood and other materials accurately.
- Install and repair doors, frames, furniture, partitions, and wooden fittings.
- Carry out repair and maintenance work at properties and project sites.
- Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper finishing and quality.
- Identify and repair damaged or defective wooden items.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials properly.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other workers.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area.
- Complete assigned work within the given time and quality standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Management.
Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / relevant carpentry certification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Carpenter preferred.
- Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to take accurate measurements.
- Good finishing and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of furniture and interior installation is an advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work at construction/project sites.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

- Quality and finishing of carpentry work.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Proper use and maintenance of tools and materials.
- Compliance with safety procedures.
- Customer/property maintenance satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
