TAWAJOD Travels is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive to join our team in Kollam.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings and reservations.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Welcome and support customers visiting the office.
- Prepare and customize holiday and tour packages based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for bookings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
- Follow up with customers regarding travel plans and documentation requirements.
- Candidates residing in Kollam are preferred.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
