Position Title: Program Manager – Airtel Prepaid Stores (Urban & Rural)

Team Size:*To be appointed in circles with 50+ Urban Airtel Stores
2. POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate would be responsible for delivering superior quality partner stores in urban (NonOR/FR towns) & rural markets. Program Manager will have to ensure timely roll out of Airtel PrepaidStores, deployment of high quality manpower & continuous engagement, facilitate desired hygiene &upkeep of stores and ensure store profitability.The Program manager will also be responsible for RAEO operations in Circle – facilitate roll out,ensure adherence to Standard Operating Process & track/drive productivity of stores.
3. KEY DELIVERABLES
Airtel Prepaid Stores Urban
1. Co-ordinate with Zonal teams and circle leadership for roll out of stores in UD Towns as perdefined guidelines2. Co-ordinate with circle marketing team for deployment of all branding elements in the stores3. Facilitate hiring , training & engagement of Airtel friends(CREs) –o Ensure right hiring through assessment center screening & ZBM interviewso Work closely with Centre L&D team to deliver 100% NHIP for all Airtel Friends. Alsofacilitate all training programs / engagement interventions as per training calendaro Track attendance through promoter app & ensure smooth processing of salary4. Ensure participation of every store in all lines of business (Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank)5. Provide regular download of new programs / Initiatives to stores6. Ensure periodic store audits by centrally appointed audit partner for store hygiene & upkeep.7. Track & measure productivity & profitability of every store.
Airtel Rural Stores (RAEO)
1. Co-ordinate with Zonal teams & ensure RAEO in every feeder market. Every RDD to invest inRAEO2. All RAEOs to be operational throughout the day and manned by partner appointed store executive 3. Every RAEO to participate in all lines of business (Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank)
4. DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. High potential ZSM. Retail background preferred2. No additional head count. (Count not to exceed beyond the current allocation of ZSMs andDistribution SPOCs)
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
