Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong design thinking and execution skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in brand design, print creatives, and visual communication, with the ability to think beyond aesthetics and contribute strategically to design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality brand assets, marketing creatives, and visual communication materials
- Develop brand identities, logos, typography systems, and brand collaterals
- Create print-ready designs including brochures, standees, banners, packaging, flyers, event creatives, and other printable materials
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Conceptualize creative directions rather than only executing briefs — bringing ideas, design thinking, and problem-solving to the table
- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and offline touchpoints
- Prepare production-ready files for print execution with accuracy and attention to detail
Software Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW
- Working knowledge of design workflows, layouts, typography, and print specifications
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in brand design and printable creatives
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- A creative thinker with the ability to ideate and solve communication problems through design
- Strong attention to detail and execution quality
- Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Someone who is not just a designer, but a thinker - able to understand the objective behind communication and visually translate ideas into impactful designs
- Prior experience working on branding, marketing creatives, event collateral, or print media is preferred
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nagpur, Maharashtra (Nagpur)
Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
