Civil Supervisor for Water proofing work
Job Summary
We are hiring a Junior Civil Supervisor for waterproofing projects in Delhi NCR & gurgaon (HR).The role involves assisting senior site staff in monitoring waterproofing activities, coordinating labour teams, ensuring proper application of waterproofing systems, and maintaining daily site records.
Location: Delhi NCR / Gurugram (Gurgaon)
Experience: 1–2 Years (Waterproofing Field Preferred) construction chemicals, repair & rehabilitation, or related construction activities.
Qualification: ITI Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily waterproofing activities at site.
- Ensure labour teams follow approved application methods and work sequences.
- Assist in execution of:
- Terrace waterproofing
- Bathroom waterproofing
- Basement waterproofing
- PU coating works
- Membrane installation works
- Injection grouting works
- Check site readiness before commencement of waterproofing activities.
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and labour attendance records.
- Coordinate with senior supervisors, project engineers, and applicator teams.
- Ensure basic quality checks are carried out as instructed by the company.
- Follow and promote site safety practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic understanding of waterproofing systems and site execution.
- Ability to manage labour teams of 5–20 workers.
- Ability to take measurements and maintain simple site records.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.
- Freshers with strong practical exposure during training may also be considered.
