We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital channels, data analytics, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and optimize paid ads (PPC) including Google Ads and social media ads
- Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve website rankings
- Create and manage content strategies for blogs, social media, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through funnels and automation
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand communication
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3+ years preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion strategies
- Basic knowledge of website tools like WordPress or landing page builders
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics
- Good communication and content understanding
