Job description:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Manage and supervise State Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and sales teams.
- Expand and strengthen distributors, dealers, and channel partner networks.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for regional promotional activities.
- Conduct sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training programs for the team.
- Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
