About the Role
OPAC Engineering Private Limited is seeking an experienced Calibration Technician / Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial instruments while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and electrical instruments.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial instrumentation and test equipment.
- Prepare calibration certificates, reports, and related documentation.
- Read and interpret P&ID drawings, instrument loop diagrams, and cable schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, calibration procedures, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to complete calibration activities efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in industrial calibration.
- Good knowledge of industrial measuring instruments and calibration procedures.
- Familiarity with calibration standards and master equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
