What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer roll-out for software developers, DevOps engineers, QA specialists, and more.
Talent Hunting: Source top-tier active and passive tech talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech communities.
Tech Screening: Evaluate technical resumes and conduct initial HR/fit assessments.
Collaborate: Partner closely with engineering managers and technical leads to build strong, scaling teams.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience specifically in Technical Recruitment.
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
A solid conceptual understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go), frameworks, and development stacks.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus: Prior experience in a high-growth startup or exposure to international tech hiring.
