Fitter:
- Install valves, pumps, motors and pipework,
- Perform planned maintenance checks, troubleshoot problems, and complete repair
- Find and fix faults, replace worn parts, and reset instrument controls
- Respond to emergency breakdowns, such as on a factory production line
- Test machines to ensure they are safe for use
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure minimum downtime
- Record maintenance activity
- Report incidents immediately to the production supervisor or site manager
- Maintaining in ISO/QMS and OHSAS systems
Electrician:
- Support for electrical maintenance
- To support both Electrical/mechanical and support Mechanical Department
- Support the manager for O&M of DG, compressors and other utilities
- Support the manager for O&M LT Side Power panels, feeders, SSB, Change-over panels, UPS, Fire panels, APFC Panels
- Support for operating HT side Transformer, HT Breakers
- Support for troubleshooting PLC-controlled machines with the help of OEM
