Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead – Automobile with strong experience in automobile industry recruitment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment, especially for sales and other automobile-related positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Handle recruitment for automobile sales, showroom, DSA, service and other business roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, consultants and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with management and respective departments.
- Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
- Build a strong talent pool of candidates from the automobile industry.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
- Support employee onboarding and other HR activities as required.
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of Recruitment experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong experience in automobile sales recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
