Job Summary
Hotel Ganga is seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and kitchen coordination. The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and leading the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and banquet operations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B operations.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure outstanding customer service and hospitality standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions when required.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Continuously improve the dining experience and service quality.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage F&B budgets and operational forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, food costs, beverage costs, and labor costs.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Achieve departmental revenue and cost-control targets.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and professional development.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor procurement, inventory levels, and stock movement.
- Implement inventory control systems to reduce wastage and pilferage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards.
Menu Planning & Revenue Enhancement
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus and pricing strategies.
- Introduce promotions, special events, and seasonal offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and increasing average guest spend.
- Support banquet and catering business development initiatives.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, health standards, and hotel policies.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of all F&B areas.
- Ensure licenses and statutory requirements are maintained.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans.
- Report operational performance and recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Food & Beverage Management are an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
