Mechanical BIM Modeler – Job Description
Job Location: Trichy & Tirunelveli, Tamil Nad
Position: Mechanical BIM Modeler – Junior / Mid / Senior / Manager Level
Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Ducting, Chilled Water, Piping and Equipment Modeling
- Proficiency in Navisworks and Clash Detection
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD and project workflows
- Experience in preparing Shop Drawings and BIM documentation
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Create HVAC layouts, ducting, piping and equipment models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks..
- Update BIM models based on design changes and project requirements.
Preferred Project Experience
Candidates with experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Hospitals, Hotels, Industrial Projects, Data Centers and other MEP projects will be preferred.
