The CRM Executive will be responsible for:
* Customer interaction (calls + WhatsApp + follow-ups)
* Order coordination and dispatch management
* Online sales handling and abandoned cart recovery
* Backend coordination between sales, production, and dispatch
* Conversion tracking and repeat customer development
