FMCG Industry – Supervisor Job Profile
We are looking for a Supervisor for our FMCG operations who will be responsible for overseeing production, inventory, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on all incoming and outgoing products
- Supervise production activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage stock in/out operations and maintain accurate records
- Oversee inventory and store management
- Monitor and guide the production team
- Ensure production targets are met on time
- Maintain proper documentation of stock and production activities
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
- Prior experience in FMCG industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of stock management and production processes
- Good leadership and team-handling skills
- Attention to detail for quality control
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
