Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated sales Executive to contact customers by phone, explain our products/services, and close sales.
Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities Furniture sales and good communication
- Customer Interaction
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget
- Product Knowledge
- Explain features, materials, pricing, and benefits of furniture items
- Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and trends
- Sales & Upselling
- Recommend suitable products and alternatives
- Upsell complementary items (e.g., cushions, tables, décor)
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Showroom Maintenance
- Ensure furniture displays are clean, organized, and attractive
- Arrange products to highlight best-selling or featured items
- Billing & Documentation
- Assist in preparing invoices and processing payments
- Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer details
- Customer Follow-up
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service
- Follow up with customers for feedback or repeat business
- Coordination
- Work with delivery teams for timely dispatch
- Coordinate with inventory staff to check stock availability
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
