Job Summary
ESSCO is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell the company’s products/services, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet potential customers and explain ESSCO products/services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Maintain sales records and submit regular sales reports.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
