IELTS Trainer – Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training or related English language assessment coaching, specifically for IELTS preparation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain IELTS concepts clearly and confidently to diverse learners.
- Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping students improve their IELTS scores.
- Ability to design effective, personalized learning plans based on each student’s skill level and target IELTS band score.
- Motivated and student-focused, committed to tracking student progress and delivering measurable improvements in exam performance.
- Thorough understanding of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and question types (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- Proficiency in using training tools and resources, including IELTS-specific practice software, mock tests, and feedback systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage group sessions and individual lessons efficiently.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement in teaching methods to meet evolving student needs.
