Job Title: Clinic Supervisor – Dental Clinics (Field Operations)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Clinic Supervisor to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our 10 dental clinic branches across Hyderabad. The candidate must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel regularly between branches to ensure operational requirements are met, supplies are maintained, and clinic standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit all 10 clinic branches on a regular schedule.
- Monitor and support daily operational activities at each branch.
- Ensure adequate availability of stationery, office supplies, and clinic materials.
- Coordinate procurement, distribution, and replenishment of required items across branches.
- Identify and address operational needs, maintenance issues, and branch requirements.
- Maintain inventory records and track stock consumption at each clinic.
- Coordinate with branch staff and management to resolve day-to-day concerns.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of clinic facilities.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-up for repairs, maintenance, and supply deliveries.
- Prepare periodic reports on branch visits, inventory status, and operational observations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad on a daily basis.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, supervision, or facility management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, email) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, dental clinics, hospitals, or multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
