HR Manager. – Hotel Industry & Jewellery Candidates (Only Apply)

We are looking for a Professional Human Resources Executive for Leading Hotel & Jewellery shop
Qualification: MBA or MSW (or Any Degree)_
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years in HR profile especially in Hotel Industry Priority
Hr Executive- Hotel HR responsibilities include recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data and taking steps to retain our people. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of labor legislation and experience hiring employees for various roles and seniority levels.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee database and personnel files.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate with accounts/payroll for timely salary processing.
- Manage biometric systems and resolve related issues.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff.
- Handle grievance redressal and support conflict resolution.
4. Compliance & Record-Keeping
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.) and dealership policies.
- Prepare and submit required HR-related reports (statutory and internal).
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee records.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate with managers for identifying training needs.
- Schedule and maintain records of training programs.
6. Exit Formalities
- Manage resignation, clearance, and full & final settlement processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of HR experience (Hotel or Jewellery Industry Experience)
