- Site Management: Monitor daily construction activity to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
- Safety Enforcement: Implement safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and ensure personnel use personal protective equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise workers and subcontractors, evaluate performance, and ensure efficient, on-schedule production.
- Resource Coordination: Order necessary materials, manage inventory, and schedule equipment maintenance.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between site personnel, contractors, and project managers, providing regular progress reports
