Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or packaging industry.
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in cosmetics packaging design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW, with the ability to create innovative packaging artwork and marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency and print accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop packaging artwork for cosmetic and personal care products.
- Create product labels, cartons, sleeves, promotional materials, and marketing collaterals.
- Prepare print-ready files in coordination with production and printing vendors.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Edit and retouch product images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop creative concepts for product launches, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Product Development, and Production teams for timely execution of design projects.
- Review artwork proofs and ensure accuracy before final printing.
- Maintain organized design files and artwork archives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong knowledge of packaging design, print production, color management, and pre-press processes.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the cosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with packaging materials, printing techniques, and label compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of basic product photography and image editing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
