Job Overview
We are looking for a project coordinator who will work closely with internal teams and government officials to ensure successful delivery on our government partnership programs.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relations with key government officials and other relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem
- Implementation and end to end project delivery for large scale programs.
- Visiting different districts of the state to facilitate project delivery.
- Ensure identification, onboarding, and successful usage of students from the given project.
- Reporting to the leadership team and government officials on project progress and outcomes
- Document all inspiring success stories, efforts, challenges and internal & external discussions.
Qualifications
Graduation/ Post Graduation
Requirements
- Must be from the same district or nearby. (Assam)
- Must have experience in Government relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in building and engaging networks to action.
- Excellent command in writing, reading and spoken Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel, including rural field visits.
- Should have a minimum of one year of project or client management experience.
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior experience of working on government projects is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
