Job description:
We are looking for a skilled Facade Site Supervisor to oversee on-site facade installation activities, ensure quality execution, and manage manpower effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise facade works (glass, aluminium, ACP, cladding, etc.) at site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Manage site labor, contractors, and daily operations
- Monitor project progress and maintain timelines
- Ensure safety standards and compliance at site
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Maintain daily reports and site documentation
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of facade systems (Curtain Wall, Glazing, Cladding)
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
